GGE is seeking a full-time Deputy Director of Organizing to join our team. This position will utilize organizing and activism strategies to harness and mobilize the cultural clout, creativity, and energy of young cis, trans and non-binary youth of color, and their allies, to run campaigns that support GGE’s mission. JUST US Programs Director

GGE is seeking a full-time Alternatives to Placement Program Manager to oversee the creation and implementation of New York City’s first alternative to placement program for people who identify as girls, in partnership with the New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) and STEPS to End Family Violence, a program of Rising Ground. This is a unique role for a skilled youth worker who has direct experience working with young cis and trans women and girls and GNC/NB youth who are systems-impacted, to explore their identity, connect to community resources, build life skills and engage in local and national advocacy work around the issues that directly impact their lives. Evaluation Consultant (Request for Proposals)

GGE is seeking the expertise of an Evaluation Consultant to help us understand our impact as an organization. We would like the support of an evaluation consultant to help GGE staff develop a regular rhythm of learning, reflecting, and adapting for enhanced impact. GGE envisions a 3-month engagement to start, with the opportunity to continue after this time. See the full consultant role description here.

Submission Guidelines

All interested consultants should submit the following:

  • The proposed scope of work to help us envision a 3-month engagement that meets the aforementioned needs;
  • Case studies and/or work samples that help us understand your experience in taking on a project of this nature;
  • A budget for this engagement over a 3-month period;
  • Three references who can attest to your experience.

Deadline 

The priority deadline to submit a proposal is by close of business on June 7th. Final decisions will be made by June 8th, 2021.
