The Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art at the Brooklyn Museum presents the Sackler Center First Awards, honoring women who are first in their fields.

The 2014 Sackler Center First Awards honors Anita F. Hill for Speaking Truth to Power.

The evening will begin with a private cocktail reception at 6 p.m. The program starts at 7 p.m. with a screening of the Freida Lee Mock documentary ANITA (2013), followed by the award presentation, which will be made by Gloria Steinem and Elizabeth Sackler. Special remarks by New York City First Lady Chirlane McCray, Honorary Event Chair.

Limited tickets are available at $200 and include an exclusive cocktail reception, the screening, and the award presentation. Proceeds benefit the Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art andGirls for Gender Equity.
